returns + exchange
Any item purchased online at can be refunded if the purchaser returns it within 30 days of purchase. If a product you ordered is received in faulty condition or is not as shown to you on the Website, you are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit.
If your products have arrived damaged, please email us via the contact form with photos or videos of all damaged items. Butt Naked will assess the items and if approved we will notify you via email with confirmation. If your products are deemed faulty/damaged you are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment and exchanges will be applied as a credit to your account.
Change of mind?
It happens, if you're not entirely happy with the product, we can offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. This excludes delivery and re-delivery costs, for items which meet the Change of Mind Return criteria.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your refund or exchange will be processed once the team at Butt Naked have received and approved your returned item.
Our Naked Butts, will not be able to do anything about your order once 30 days have passed. Unfortunately, we do not refund, or exchange opened or used products.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please include your name and order number with the product you are returning. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is the responsibility of the sender.

If getting in touch about a return, please include your order number and product details in the email.
We do not have control over our chosen couriers, so please be mindful when ordering for time-specific occasions (e.g. birthdays, Christmas.) We do not refund if you order does not arrive on time or if the Courier has attempted delivery. We will endeavour to ensure goods are delivered to you within the timeframe outlined for Standard delivery; however, we will not be liable for late delivery by our third-party couriers. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel, exchange or refund your purchase. Our obligations with delivery end when the order has been collected by the Courier for delivery to your nominated delivery address.
If your order is deemed lost in transit by our courier partners we will give you the option to either have your order refunded or redelivered.
Any in-store purchases must be returned to the store of purchase for exchange or refund. Refund and exchange terms for in-store purchases are subject to the individual retailers' terms and conditions. Our Naked Butt can't directly refund for any in-store purchases.
